Paul's called me right away for an appointment and put me in the next day. Paul called when he was on his way a part needed to be ordered and they came back that Saturday with the part and fixed my washing machine. Nobody does that. My dishwasher broke this weekend and Paul's called me Monday morning for an appointment Tuesday. Sears couldn't even call for over a week. I will be a loyal Paul's customer for life.
